The United Concordia Web site represents a multi-faceted portal for it's many users. In addition to the relay of general information, the site offers various secure and interactive services, including the abiltiy to download and submit electronic forms, check personal benefits files and search for dentists within a given area.
The recently updated Producers' section is now offering fully electronic interactive services. In their new portal, insurance brokers can check their messages and commissions, then create entire quote packages for new groups, including everything from rate quotes to the cover letter. Other segments of the web site, which already serve a range of other specialized needs, will also be expanded using what has been learned from this first year-long effort.
